Absolutely no doubt about it. NYCC is the ultimate comic show each year, and guess what? Our squad of artists is gearing up for the 2023 edition, which is shaping up to be legendary! So, without any more waiting, let’s dive right in.
Today, September 19th, at 4 PM local time in NYC/10 PM CET, we’re thrilled to open the commission list for 4 of our international artists, available for pickup at NYCC (no shipping this time, folks). So… Get ready to snag some amazing original art by:

Then, all you have to do is fill out the form you’ll find down below and… keep your fingers crossed.

How can I get a commission by one of these amazing artists?
At this post you will find a form, which you will have to fill in to make your application. The available commissions will be granted in first-come first-served basis, as of September 19th, 16 local time in NYC/ 22 CET and we will only accept those completely filled in and received after this time.
How will I know if I got a slot?
Over the next few days we will contact by email all those who apply for a slot, to notify you if you have been lucky or will have to wait for the next time. You will receive an email in all cases, so be sure to add our email hello@thegreenroomcomicart.com to your contacts to avoid our email ending up in spam, please. :^)
Thank you in advance for your patience with our response, as we are expecting a large number of requests and it might take us some time to respond to all of them.
When can I pick up my commission?
Commissions ordered for the Dallas Fan Expo can be picked up during the weekend of the event, preferably on Sunday, to give our artists extra time to finalize your commission. If you have any limitations in this regard, please let us know when placing your request so we can take it into account.
Will I get a sketch before the commission is done?
Our artists feel more comfortable giving free rein to their creativity during the whole process and prefer to have total freedom in the creative stage. For this reason, it won’t be possible to receive a sketch, although you will be able to provide them with previous indications so that they can design your commission.
When and how do I have to make the payment?
No payment is required until the artist delivers your commission. You will receive further payment instructions when we confirm your slot (if you are lucky!)
Can I have someone pick the commission up for me at NYCC?
As long as it is picked up on site and you let us know in advance who will pick it up on your behalf, there is no problem. However, we will not accept orders for shipment: only those that can be picked up during the event.
