SDCC: Commission list openings!

It has been hard for us to keep the secret, but… it seems like we can finally share the AMAZING NEWS:
4 of our artists will be at San Diego Comic Con this year, for the first time in history: Pepe Larraz, Álvaro Martinez Bueno, Aneke, and Bélen Ortega. And all of them will open a very limited list of commissions for this event!
This Thursday June 29th at 1:30 PM EST / 19:30 PM CET the lists for all of them will be open exclusively for our subscribers, so… set your alarms and get ready for this unique opportunity!
That said, let’s get down to the important information. :^)

How can I get a commission?
At the beginning of this post you will find a form, which you will have to fill in to make your application from June 29th at 1:30 PM EST / 19:30 PM CET (exclusive opportunity for our subscribers). The available commissions will be granted in first-come first-served basis, and we will only accept those completely filled in and received after this time. Applications received before that time, even a few seconds before, will not be accepted.
Those who are not subscribed to our newsletter will be able to send their request 30 minutes later.
How will I know if I got a slot?
Over the next few days we will contact by email all those who apply for a slot, to notify you if you have been lucky or will have to wait for the next time. You will receive an email in all cases, so be sure to add our email hello@thegreenroomcomicart.com to your contacts to avoid our email ending up in spam, please. :^)
Thank you in advance for your patience with our response, as we are expecting a large number of requests and it might take us some time to respond to all of them.
When can I pick up my commission?
Commissions ordered for San Diego Comic Con can be picked up during the weekend of the event, preferably on Sunday, to give our artists extra time to finalize your commission. If you have any limitations in this regard, please let us know when placing your request so we can take it into account.
Will I get a sketch before the commission is done?
Our artists feel more comfortable giving free rein to their creativity during the whole process and prefer to have total freedom in the creative stage. For this reason, it won’t be possible to receive a sketch, although you will be able to provide them with previous indications so that they can design your commission.
When and how do I have to make the payment?
No payment is required until the artist delivers your commission. You will receive further payment instructions when we confirm your slot (if you are lucky!)
Can I have someone pick the commission up for me?
As long as it is picked up on site and you let us know in advance who will pick it up on your behalf, there is no problem. However, on this occasion we will not accept orders for shipment: only those that can be picked up during the event.
