Shipment policy
At The Green Room we know how important it is to receive your art well packed and safe. For this reason, all our shipments are made through professional shipping companies, choosing, in each case, the most reliable, fast and safe company.
The cost of our shipments may vary depending on the destination and, sometimes, the size of the product purchased (in principle, only if you take home a large painting, which requires very delicate shipping conditions). In any case, the cost will always be specified during the purchase process before making the payment, so that there are no last minute surprises.
Spain: (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) 5 euros.
Spain (Canary Islands) : 15 euros.
Rest of Europe: 15 euros.
United Kingdom and Ireland: 20 euros.
Canada, USA: 25 euros.
Other countries : 35 euros.
Pick up at Shows: free of charge* (Please, check first the schedule of our artists HERE to confirm this option availability),
Shipments are made every Tuesday and Friday; so orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and until Monday at noon will be shipped on Tuesdays, and those received on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday until noon, on Fridays. And if we can earlier… even earlier.
Estimated delivery times are:
· Spain: 2-4 working days
· Europe: 5-10 working days
· Other countries: variable according to country.
For urgent shipments, send us a message and we will try to speed it up as far as we can and beyond. We are not infallible, but we try!
Please, consider that, in the case of shipments outside the Iberian Peninsula, there may be taxes at destination, such as customs tariffs and others. When they exist, will be paid in destination by the recipient. The Green Room – Comic Art will not be responsible for these possible additional costs.
All shipments have a tracking number so that you can check the status of your order at any time. Although our team will always be aware of any incident and available to help solve possible complicationsy, the responsibility for managing these incidents such as arranging second delivery attempts after a failed attempt, etc., lies solely and exclusively with the customer. But don’t worry: it is very unlikely that any incident occurs.
In case you wish to insure your purchase (up to a maximum of 5.000€ -five thousand euros-) for damage, loss or breakdown, please contact our team by email (shop@thegreenroomcomicart.com) or by phone immediately so that we can process it, right after confirming the amount and conditions in advance.
The Green Room – Comic Art is not responsible for any errors or damages caused in the delivery when the delivery address entered by the customer does not match the desired delivery location. So, please, do not forget to check the delivery address during the purchase process and, again, when you receive your order confirmation. If you find any mistake, please communicate it immediately to our email (shop@thegreenroomcomicart.com) so that we can solve it instantly, as the delivery will be considered completed after it is delivered to the address you have provided.
If at the time of delivery of the work at the address provided by the buyer, the buyer is absent, the carrier will try again later or leave a notice indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery. Do not let the days go by, because if after eight (8) calendar days from the date of this first notice, you do not contact the carrier to arrange a new delivery date, the art will be returned to The Green Room – Comic Art and you will have to bear the shipping and return costs.
The shipping costs of the articles that are to be exchanged or returned by mail will be borne by the customer, and in no case, The Green Room – Comic Art will accept returns sent freight-borne.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we will not accept returns of:
-Personalized orders (commissions, remarks or exprofesso drawings, as well as dedicated artwork).
– Digital downloads
Other than these cases, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the items at your address. But remember: you must first notify us of your desire to withdraw from the purchase by sending an email to shop@thegreenroomcomicart.com.
Similarly, if you have received defective merchandise (we apologize!), remember that it must be notified to our team within 24 hours of receiving your order by email to shop@thegreenroomcomicart.com.
In the case of accepted returns, we will proceed to refund the price of the item within a period not exceeding 14 days since you notified us of your desire to return the goods. Of course, you will always have the option, if you wish, to receive a purchase coupon in the store for the amount of the returned product or exchange it for an item of equal value.
Don’t forget that all returns must be carefully packaged and include all the contents of the original packaging. Also, returns will not be accepted if stains or damage are observed in the items or they have been altered in any way.
The return shipping to Spain will be at the customer’s expense, and under no circumstances will the shipping costs of the order be refunded, as it is considered that the order has already been processed and has incurred expenses for TGR.
Warning for shipping abroad:
Please note that international orders may incur taxes, fees or duties not included in the total price of your purchase.
The shipping prices detailed below are for packages of 1 kg (any of our prints, originals or sketchbooks do not exceed this weight, don’t worry).
When the package has a higher weight, the shipping price may increase, being notified immediately by The Green Room – Comic Art after receiving your order, via email or other means of communication.
